Warranty, Patents and Trademark

Product Warranty

Applied Bolting certifies that, when used per Applied Bolting's installation and inspection instructions with compatible structural bolts and washers, the resulting bolt tension will be satisfactory. All DTI acceptance tests must be done by the original purchaser at the time of delivery. Any deficiencies noted must be brought to Applied Bolting's attention at that time, and prior to installation. DTI's found to be defective or unsatisfactory will be replaced. Applied Bolting Technology does not accept any responsibility for improper use in the field, and/or for consequential damages arising from improper use or from installation of any DTI's found to be defective which have previously been accepted by the purchaser at the time of delivery.

Trademarks

Squirter® DTI and Squirters® DTI are registered trademarks in the USA and twenty-five other countries. Commercial use of the Squirter® trade mark requires written permission from Applied Bolting Technology.

Patents

Applied Bolting Technology holds patents 5,769,581 (1998); 5,931,618 (1999); 6,152,665 (2000); and 6,425,718 (2002) having to do with Squirter® washers and other load-indicating washer devices.
