Kickstart Your Career in Industrial Sales<\/strong>
Applied Bolting is expanding fast\u2014and we\u2019re looking for a motivated, people-focused Junior Sales Associate to help us grow across major infrastructure, LNG, and energy projects throughout the Americas.
If you\u2019re eager to break into B2B sales, learn technical products, travel, and build real relationships with contractors and project teams, this role is made for you. No prior industry experience required\u2014we\u2019ll train you.
What You\u2019ll Do
\u2022 Help generate new leads and support the sales pipeline in assigned regions.
\u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
\u2022 Join senior sales staff at industry events, bid meetings, and jobsite walk-throughs.
\u2022 Support lunch-and-learns, training sessions, and hands-on product demos.
\u2022 Work with our technical and QA teams to understand customer needs and provide accurate information.
\u2022 Gather basic market insights and competitor activity to support new opportunities.
\u2022 Keep sales activities, customer notes, and progress reports organized and up to date.
What You Need
Required
\u2022 Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to learn.
\u2022 Confidence talking to people and building relationships.
\u2022 Positive attitude, curiosity, and the drive to take initiative.
\u2022 Willingness to travel 40\u201360% across North & South America.
Preferred
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
\u2022 Internship or experience in B2B sales, construction, or industrial markets.
\u2022 Exposure to LNG, power, or civil infrastructure projects.
\u2022 Familiarity with construction tools, fasteners, bolting, or jobsite environments.
\u2022 Spanish or Portuguese language skills (a big plus for South America).
