Position Overview
Applied Bolting is expanding its sales team to capture the significant growth forecasted in power infrastructure, LNG terminals, civil infrastructure, and refinery projects. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, and market expansion within high-growth regions. This role is critical in positioning Applied Bolting Technology to deepen its market presence and drive revenue growth across North, South America, and worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
· Generate new leads and manage sales pipelines in assigned territories.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and project stakeholders.
· Represent Applied Bolting Technology at industry events, bid meetings, and jobsite visits.
· Support client training sessions, lunch-and-learns, and product demonstrations.
· Partner with technical and QA teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
· Track market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
· Provide timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and account progress.

Qualifications
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
· 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, energy, or industrial markets.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
· Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
· Ability to travel 40–60% of the time across North & South America.
Preferred:
· Familiarity with LNG, power infrastructure, or heavy civil projects.
· Technical knowledge of construction fasteners, bolting systems, or related products.
· Spanish or Portuguese language skills (for South America focus).
