Applied Bolting is expanding fast—and we’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Junior Sales Associate to help us grow across major infrastructure, LNG, and energy projects throughout the Americas.
If you’re eager to break into B2B sales, learn technical products, travel, and build real relationships with contractors and project teams, this role is made for you. No prior industry experience required—we’ll train you.
What You’ll Do
• Help generate new leads and support the sales pipeline in assigned regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Join senior sales staff at industry events, bid meetings, and jobsite walk-throughs.
• Support lunch-and-learns, training sessions, and hands-on product demos.
• Work with our technical and QA teams to understand customer needs and provide accurate information.
• Gather basic market insights and competitor activity to support new opportunities.
• Keep sales activities, customer notes, and progress reports organized and up to date.
What You Need
Required
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to learn.
• Confidence talking to people and building relationships.
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and the drive to take initiative.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% across North & South America.
Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Internship or experience in B2B sales, construction, or industrial markets.
• Exposure to LNG, power, or civil infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with construction tools, fasteners, bolting, or jobsite environments.
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills (a big plus for South America).
