Kristyn Wallace
Owner
Kristyn has been with the company for around 30 years, making her an original Applied Bolting Technology™ team member. She oversees finances, production, and employment, ensuring the company’s future success. From working in purchasing, production, and beyond, Kristyn has worn every hat and learned a lot. She has enjoyed watching the company grow from four employees to more than 23. Kristyn embodies our family-oriented culture, having worked with her father and husband over the years. Her daughter would even join the team at work as an infant. Kristyn also prioritizes family outside of work and enjoys participating in various fitness activities.
Chris Curven
Owner
Chris brings his top-notch customer support and industry experience to his current role at Applied Bolting Technology™. He started here packing kegs with DTIs and overseeing production, then went on to leading technical services and sales. Chris now works with a great team to ensure engineers, inspectors, and bolt installers know about the proper use of Squirter® DTIs. Beyond work, he indulges in his passion for cycling. Chris is especially grateful for his wife and daughter’s support during his career journey.
John Cummings
President
John brings over 30 years of manufacturing expertise to his role at Applied Bolting Technology™, where he ensures strategic goals are met through effective operational management. He has been with the company for over two years and has come to value the familial atmosphere within the team. Outside of work, John partakes in various outdoor pursuits, enjoys traveling, and cherishes time with his wife and four children.
Rob Westover
VP of Sales and Technical Support
Rob has been with Applied Bolting Technology™ for 14 years. He nurtures relationships with leading EPC companies who specify our products, offering comprehensive technical assistance and training. Starting as a sales team assistant, Rob has grown into a role with increasing responsibilities. He values the company's family-focused culture and the prioritization of employee well-being. Off the clock, Rob enjoys cycling, snow sports, classic car restoration, and spending time with his wife and three sons.
Joseph Waite
Health, Safety, and Quality Director
Joseph oversees quality standards and lab management at Applied Bolting Technology™, ensuring customer satisfaction and staff well-being. Coming from the renewables sector, he has been with the company for over two years. Joseph appreciates the team's dedication to excellence. He finds joy in fixing things and prioritizes spending time traveling and goofing off with his wife, two kids, and the family dog.

Sales & Marketing Manager
Jennifer recently joined Applied Bolting Technology™ to focus on developing sales strategies and business initiatives, while maintaining the brand and conducting performance analysis. Her experience within manufacturing provides valuable insights into customer needs, purchasing cycles, and market dynamics. Manufacturing Manager
Emily oversees the manufacturing process of DTIs at Applied Bolting Technology™, ensuring efficiency and quality. Handling raw steel procurement, she also plays a crucial role in production. Emily has been with the company for two years. She appreciates the work-life balance fostered within the team.
Heidi Gascoyne
Sales Distribution Manager
Heidi has worked with Applied Bolting Technology™ for almost ten years. She began as an Assistant to the Controller and has since taken on the Office and Sales Distribution Manager role. Heidi appreciates the company's familial atmosphere and the opportunities for professional growth. Outside of work, she enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Inside Sales
Amy has been with Applied Bolting Technology™ for two decades. She adeptly handles various tasks from answering phones to processing orders to invoicing and beyond. Initially in production for the first eight years before transitioning to office roles, Amy brings experience and adaptability to her current responsibilities. Her longevity at the company reflects her dedication to its overall success.

Distributor Sales
Judy seamlessly manages customer orders. Over her 23 years at Applied Bolting Technology™, she transitioned from production to warehouse to office roles. She has had the special experience of witnessing the company's growth firsthand and is grateful for the development opportunities this provided her. Judy enjoys working for a family-owned business. She spends her free time with her grandchildren, gardening, and working on home renovations.
David Weinzierl
Shipping and Receiving Manager
David has been with Applied Bolting Technology™ for 18 years. His responsibilities have grown during this time, and he now collaborates with various departments to manage inbound and outbound freight orders. David likes working at a place where everyone knows each other’s names. Outside work, he enjoys hiking, traveling, cars, and spending time with his children.
Patrick Willard
Assistant Warehouse Manager
Patrick coordinates with all departments at Applied Bolting Technology™ to ensure the smooth shipment of our DTIs globally. After six years at the company, his experience spans warehouse and production, giving him a well-rounded perspective in his current role. He likes coming into a work environment that has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Patrick works on his home, hikes, and travels in his free time.
